JesIntake®

The JesIntake® series are designed specifically for inline weighing of materials such as powders, granulate, and grain. The JesIntake-series from Jesma include a standard range of 13 sizes with capacities from 12 m3/h up to 2.500 m3/h. The JesIntake is suitable for handling high flow rates and known for maintaining a high accuracy.

With its ability to handle high flow rates, the JesIntake provides accurate and reliable results. To maximize the operational reliability the JesIntake is equipped with elastomeric bearings, to compensate for any unbalance during operation. The fully electronic weighing mechanism, equipped with advanced filtration technology, minimizes rest time, allowing for maximum flow rates and accurate measurements.

It also offers various levels of precision to meet different requirements, including trade-approved versions compliant with MID, OIML R107, and R61 class 0.2, 0.5, or higher.
Besides trade approval options, the JesIntake bulk weigher series is available in Mild Steel St. 37.2, and Stainless Steel AISI 304. It can further be customized based on customer requirements.
