On October 15–16, 2025, EXPO Krakow will host the 16th International SYMAS® and MAINTENANCE Trade Fair – the only event in Central and Eastern Europe combining maintenance technologies and bulk material processing.
The SYMAS® and MAINTENANCE trade fairs are the most important industry meeting in Poland, enjoying a high reputation and the trust of specialists for many years. The fair brings together representatives of almost every branch of industry – from management to maintenance practitioners. The fair provides a space for exchanging experiences, consulting with experts, and learning about technologies that have a real impact on production efficiency and process safety. This year, over 150 exhibitors from 15 countries will present their offerings.
Innovations at exhibitors' stands
Visitors will be able to learn about the latest technologies supporting the processing of bulk and loose materials, as well as the maintenance and safety of industrial plants. Exhibitors will present, among other things: modern tools for leak detection, a new generation of BFM flexible connectors for transporting bulk materials, CMMS systems in a new version, presenting non-obvious functions supporting maintenance, high-speed gates for industry and logistics, increasing the efficiency and protection of workstations, and innovative solutions in the field of filtration and transport of bulk and loose materials.
Exhibitors have submitted dozens of innovative products, which can be viewed on the event website.
Autumn Maintenance School
This year's Autumn Maintenance School is an event that specialists in the field of maintenance and occupational health and safety cannot miss. It is one of the most practical technical conferences in Poland, during which participants will gain knowledge from experienced experts and learn about examples of implementations in companies such as NGK Ceramics, Qemetica, and Orifarm. The conference will last three days, one of which will be devoted to practical workshops. The number of places is limited! Tickets start at PLN 1,090 net for the 3-day conference.
Trade fair program – industrial safety in the spotlight
Industrial process safety will be one of the main topics at this year's trade fair. Speakers will include renowned experts who will address the following issues, among others:
- the most common mistakes leading to an increased risk of explosion – based on practical examples presented by Łukasz Zawadzki, ATEX specialist and Managing Director of IHAS Sp. z o.o.,
- practical aspects of implementing and maintaining a LOTO system – a case study based on 13 years of experience, presented by Piotr Wierzba from Safety Padlocks,
- modern gas detection systems: from theory to practice, presented by Łukasz Wyrębkiewicz from GAZEX Sp.j.
For the first time, the fair will feature a dedicated safety zone, where exhibitors will present technologies and solutions for protecting employees and industrial installations. This is a response to the growing importance of safety in manufacturing plants and challenges such as the implementation of a “zero accidents” strategy, the need to improve risk assessment, hazard monitoring, incident management, and the safety of employees, processes, and entire factories.
The fair program also included:
- A one-day workshop on B2B marketing for industry, led by the MOKO agency.
- The Polish-Hungarian Business Forum, which will provide an opportunity to establish relations between companies from Poland and Hungary.
