On October 15–16, 2025, the 16th International Trade Fair for Powder & Bulk Solids Technologies SYMAS® and the 16th International Trade Fair for Suppliers of Maintenance Products and Services MAINTENANCE took place at the International Exhibition and Convention Centre EXPO Kraków. These are the only trade fairs in Central and Eastern Europe that combine maintenance technologies with bulk and powder material processing.
This year’s edition brought together 147 exhibitors from 14 countries and over 3,100 professional visitors, who for two days created an exceptional space for exchanging knowledge, experience, and business contacts.
The event is organized by Targi w Krakowie Ltd.
Closer to customer needs
Once again, SYMAS® and MAINTENANCE have proven that face-to-face meetings are essential for industrial development. While online tools, chatbots, and virtual advisors are widely available today, they cannot replace direct interaction with experts and customers. During the fair, participants can see new technologies live, discuss implementations, share experiences, and build lasting business relationships - the key to company growth.
- Thanks to events like SYMAS® and MAINTENANCE, we truly get closer to our clients’ needs. In a short time, we gather a huge amount of valuable technical information — and that knowledge and experience are what drive us most at Polstage. We thank all guests for engaging discussions and for presenting us with many new technical challenges to tackle - wrote Adam Siedlaczek, Managing Director at Polstage, a leading Polish company in bulk material flow technologies, on LinkedIn.
- How was this year’s edition for us? Intense and to the point, as always. We met people with real challenges - bulk material transport and recycling, modernization of process lines, warehouse expansion, safety, and service. Once again, we’re leaving with a notebook full of technical issues to analyze and a clear view of where our solutions bring the most value. These conversations reaffirm our belief that the best systems emerge when engineers and users sit at the same table - summarized Project Steel in a LinkedIn post.
Technological innovations, excellent atmosphere, and top-level organization
Visitors could explore the latest solutions in bulk material processing, maintenance, and industrial process safety. Exhibitors presented innovations such as modern CMMS systems, BFM flexible connections, high-speed doors, filtration systems, and bulk material transport technologies.
The fair also offered an opportunity to meet companies that combine technological innovation with practical customer support - showcasing solutions ready for immediate implementation, providing advice on applications, and demonstrating how new technologies can genuinely improve industrial processes.
- We’ve been attending these fairs for almost the 15th time now, so this edition feels like an anniversary and is quite special for us. We also gave a presentation in the lecture zone, which allowed us to showcase our product to a broad audience. All the visitors - mainly maintenance professionals - are our key and target clients because we supply our devices specifically for their needs - said Renata Gonet, President of Euro Pro Sp. z o.o., in an interview with Nowoczesny Przemysł, a media partner of the fair.
Euro Pro represents the American company FLIR, supplying infrared and ultrasonic cameras for detecting compressed air leaks and predictive maintenance, improving energy efficiency in industrial plants.
EBS Ink-Jet Systems Poland Sp. z o.o., the only Polish manufacturer of industrial marking devices, has been operating for 42 years and serves a wide range of sectors - from bulk material processing and concrete production to the automotive industry and packaging. - Why Krakow? Because Krakow is, first of all, a beautiful city. According to our clients, the event organization here is excellent. At the end of the first day, I can say that this event is very well organized and of a very high standard - said Daniel Sabaj, Sales Director at EBS.
- At SYMAS® & MAINTENANCE, the energy was positive from the very morning, the visitors showed up in large numbers, and the atmosphere was fantastic. If anyone is wondering whether to participate, I highly recommend it - commented Krzysztof Balak, CEO of AL-KMB Sp. z o.o., which offers Graco central lubrication systems adapted for various industries, including conveyors, belts, motors, and bulk material systems.
Trade fairs that create real value
Exhibitors emphasized that SYMAS® & MAINTENANCE perfectly meet the needs of the industry. - It’s worth being at the fair because it brings together very diverse industries and concrete people looking for cooperation. The event is well organized and conveniently located — easy to reach from any part of Poland - said Ewelina Peruń from Teknomatik Europe Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in designing and manufacturing IBC and drum mixers with accessories.
- SYMAS® & MAINTENANCE are a great opportunity to make many new contacts and gain potential clients. We’ve been coming here for four consecutive years - every year with a bigger stand - and we like it more each time. It’s a fantastic place to be on the trade fair map -commented Beata Męzik from GH Cranes, whose main business in Poland focuses on the design and production of both standard and customized crane solutions.
- We are very satisfied with another edition of SYMAS® & MAINTENANCE. For us, this is a key event in our trade fair calendar. Because it lasts only two days, we can make many valuable contacts in a short time. We hope to be here again next year - summarized Kacper Woźniak from TRADE MYSAK GROUP Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., a company specializing in aero-mechanical, pneumatic, and gravity conveying systems, which enable product transport and precise flow control.
This year’s edition once again proved that trade fairs are not only about technology presentations but also about inspiration and knowledge exchange - clearly reflected in the numerous discussions during the Autumn Maintenance School, a conference for maintenance specialists accompanying the fair for the 12th time.
See You in 2026!
- We’re delighted that SYMAS® & MAINTENANCE have once again met the high expectations of our exhibitors and continue to grow in popularity year after year, strengthening their position in many companies’ trade fair calendars in Poland. We put a great deal of work and heart into every edition to ensure its quality, atmosphere, and - above all - the right mix of exhibitors and visitors. We’re proud that we consistently achieve these goals and that exhibitors leave with smiles and the promise: see you next year! We’re already starting to summarize this edition and prepare the next - the 17th edition, which will take place on October 14–15, 2026, at EXPO Kraków - said Karol Miernikiewicz, Project Manager of the event.
