Fluidization Coating Machine

Company: Changsha JSTARK Industrial Technology Co.,Ltd
Stand: A49

Basic principles

(1) After the powder and the solvent have each been thoroughly dispersed with compressed air, they are fed into a mixer for coating modification;

(2) The coated material is transferred to a mechanical agitator, where it undergoes turbulent dispersion and heat-drying;

(3) The mechanical agitation system incorporates an external circulation device that rapidly dries the powder and ensures thorough dispersion during operation.

Technical Advantages

1. Automated continuous material feeding - supports continuous automatic feeding, enabling continuous production.

2. Better coating performance and high efficiency - the powder and solvent are thoroughly dispersed by compressed air, achieving excellent coating; low solvent consumption and a short powder drying time.

3. Rapid drying - equipped with an external airflow recirculation dispersion system for rapid drying and reduced agglomeration.

4. Energy saving and environmental protection

JSTARK JFM comparison to traditional coating machine

Traditional coating equipment

JFM coating machine

Principle

Mechanical stirring

Airflow mixing

Feeding

Direct feeding

Thorough dispersion (Atomization&Fluidization) feeding

Coating performance

Unsmoothed surface

Undamaged smooth surface

Surface damage

High-speed stirring causing surface damage

Airflow mixing and low-speed stirring, no surface damage

Feeding method

Manual feeding (or assisted by an additional vacuum feeder)

Automatic feeding, saving labor.

Equipment structure

Mechanical structure with insufficient sealing, leading to dust leakage

Non‑metallic tank structure with good sealing performance

Peripheral costs

Additional expenses are required for supporting systems such as cooling, dust-collection, and other auxiliary equipment.

Low, no other auxiliary equipment
